Heat advisories and possibly heat warnings will top the headlines for the next few days across Oklahoma including the Tulsa metro and vicinity. 

One last gasp from our current upper air trough is producing a few showers and storms early this morning but will quickly move out of the area.

Our current upper level trough continues to be located to our southwest this morning and is not projected to exit our region until later tonight into Thursday morning.  Until this takes place, showers will remain possible for some locations today and later this evening.
